RolePlaya is built and run by one person. That means messages get read by the person who can actually fix the thing, rather than a support tier. It also means replies take a day or two rather than minutes, so the honest expectation is set below.

What to send where

• Billing, refunds and subscriptions. Email, and include the address on the account. Do not send card numbers, ever, and nobody from RolePlaya will ask you for them.
• Cannot log in. Email from the address on the account if you can, since it is the quickest way to confirm the account is yours.
• Something is broken. Discord. Include what you were doing and roughly when, and a screenshot if you have one.
• Reporting a character or a user. Use the report controls in the interface where possible, since those reach the moderation queue directly. Email for anything urgent or serious.
• Data and account deletion. Email. Deletion requests are handled from the account settings, and email if you need help with that or want to know what is held about you.
• Press, partnerships and affiliate questions. Email, and say which it is in the subject line.

A note on response times

There is no support team, no ticketing system and no outsourced night shift. One person reads everything. Most messages get answered inside two working days, and anything involving losing access to a paid account gets moved to the front of the queue.

If you have written and heard nothing after a few days, send it again rather than assuming it was ignored. Mail does occasionally end up in a spam folder in both directions.

RolePlaya is an independent platform funded directly by its users. It carries no advertising, is not owned by a larger company, and is not affiliated with any other AI roleplay service.
